Krystyna Niklarz Epstein is a seasoned healthcare technology executive, currently serving as the Global Strategic Alliance Manager for Philips Healthcare. In this role, she leads key clinical and IT technology partnerships within the Hospital Patient Monitoring sector, driving collaboration and innovation to enhance patient care.

With a proven track record in global product management, business development, and strategic growth, Krys has held multiple leadership positions at Philips, shaping the future of healthcare solutions. Prior to joining Philips, she gained extensive experience in medical technology and business strategy through international sales and marketing roles at Hewlett-Packard’s Medical Products Division, including an Area Business Manager position based in Geneva, Switzerland. She later continued her work in business development and product management at Agilent Technologies, further expanding her expertise in global healthcare solutions.

A dedicated industry leader, Krys is a member of the Association of Strategic Alliance Professionals, reflecting her commitment to fostering impactful partnerships.

Beyond her professional career, Krys has been an active member of her community, holding leadership positions with both The Junior League of Boston and the Marblehead Festival of Arts, reflecting her commitment to civic engagement and the arts.

Krys holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Northeastern University and a Certificate in Interior Design at Boston Architectural College. She and her husband, Jeffrey, reside in Marblehead, Massachusetts, where they enjoy being part of the town’s vibrant coastal community.
