Emna Ben Salem

Emna Ben Salem is a seasoned Technology executive with two decades of experience building and scaling innovative software products in the financial technology and e-commerce industries.

She has led multiple global product, design, and engineering teams to launch banking, payments, and lending products serving millions of customers as VP of Product at Carta (2T+ Assets on platform and $150B+ under administration) and as Senior Director of Product at DraftKings (now $4.8B+ annual revenue).
Before that, Emna spearheaded several leading-edge products, unlocking high scale growth for Fortune 500 companies, including the International Shipping Program of eBay and the Fully Paid Lending program of Fidelity Investments.

Emna holds an MBA from Bentley University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Finance from HEC University. She is based in the Boston area with her family.
