Elizabeth Graham
Liz Graham is the CEO of Ada IQ, transitioning academic research from Northeastern University to commercialization, where she brings her passion for customer experience and product excellence to Ada IQ to build a new generation of AI-native tools for product development and design.
She specializes in building and scaling companies displacing legacy models with technology platforms and has extensive experience driving adoption of digital, physical, and sustainable products in B2B and B2C environments. Over the course of her career, Liz contributed and served in leadership roles across many industries from corporate law, telecom/cable (Comcast), mar tech (HubSpot, where she led IT operations through IPO), e-comm (Wayfair, where she scaled sales and service operations from 800 to 3000+ employees in 3 countries and won 6 customer service awards), legal/fintech (Notarize), agtech/sustainability (COO Of Indigo Ag, where her teams included Carbon Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Success, Supply Chain, BI & Analytics), and currently AI/consumer product (Ada IQ).
Liz serves on the board of MassChallenge, the Advisory Board of The Rappaport Institute for Greater Boston at Harvard Kennedy School, and the University of Oregon Sports Product Management. Previously, she also served on public company boards of ISPC (chair) (Nasdaq) and STRY (NYSE).
Liz holds a JD from Harvard Law School and AB in History and Literature from Harvard College. In her spare time, Liz enjoys travel, tennis, fly fishing, photography, woodcarving.
